Due to significant investment in plant and technology, a leading printing and mailing provider is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join their team. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company, there is the scope for career progression to Account Director with exceptional performance. This role requires considerable experience in professional client relationship management and requires a full awareness of the customer journey processes and techniques in print, mail, and UK & International postage solutions.

As Senior Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients and will be pro-active in your approach to keeping them updated and informed as mailing campaigns go through the factory and are dispatched.

We are looking for someone who will be a positive team member, even when under pressure. Our client considers it vital, and part of the terms of employment, that Account Management professionals play their part to contribute to a happy & positive team culture. You will have the capacity to positively help promote and support the growth of the business (top line and bottom line) and help support a positive, pro-active, ‘can do,’ team environment. Supporting finance / operations / data & print colleagues will also be vital to consistent financial success & progression (for you and for the business).
