A successful printing & mailing company is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Director. This role requires the person to be based in the office 5 days a week so looking for someone within close commuting distance.
This role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of client accounts including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for the development and operational management, ensuring operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently, as well as being responsible for the account’s retention, development, and compliance.
You will not only be able to persuade and influence externally, but also internally, as one of the key elements pertaining to this role will be gaining credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your dedicated team.
