An innovative print and communications company has an opening for a friendly, enthusiastic Print Admin Executive with an outgoing personality to fit in with the company’s growth, supporting staff in all areas of the business. Being able to multitask and learn quickly will be essential skills for this role as you will be responsible for working on numerous projects at once.
This administrative role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to process orders; schedule deliveries; carry our general office tasks; deal with various suppliers; deal with customer enquiries, and process sales & purchase invoices.
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT Skills are key. You must be assertive with an eye for details and a high level of focus.
Candidates must come from the printing industry, or from a similar sector.
