We are working with a Glasgow-based printer which prides itself on offering advice to customers on how to maximise campaign effectiveness. They are dedicated to offering suggestions for keeping costs to a minimum and adding value to campaigns’ lifetime. This creative company has invested heavily in the latest software and standards, and their plant has the very latest production and quality methods, backed up by ISO accreditation, to ensure the highest standards.
Due to growing client opportunities they are looking to expand their talented team through the recruitment of an Account Manager. They are looking for candidates with a range of print experience to be able to advise clients on how to get their desired message to their customer in the most efficient way. Your role will be to take care of the daily running of a designated portfolio of clients’ printing campaigns, putting them in safe hands and freeing up their focus on how campaigns are performing. You will take production and artwork briefs from the client, clarifying requirements, and working with production to deliver results.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do, customer-first attitude where nothing is too much for the client. Our client’s people go above and beyond to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Experience working with clients within the printing industry is essential for this role.
