We are working with an enterprise dedicated to delivering best in class print and communications solutions to solve all client problems. They are on the search for an Account Manager whose job will be to bring the spark to the relationship at all levels, adding real value and seamless delivery of integrated print solutions.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting an important account account and being a safe pair of hands for client and in-house production team alike. You will be the face of the organisation so will need to have a deep understanding of its model and how they can add value. You will get to know this account inside out and anticipate needs before they come up.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Your role will be to ensure that the needs of the client are understood and communicated effectively across creative and production teams to work in a highly integrated and collaborative manner. Building a strong relationship with the client and understanding of their business is key.
Your problem-solving abilities will be vital in being able to interrogate a problem and work with creative and production teams to deliver work that is creative, strategic and delivers results. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the holistic project and working seamlessly with internal teams to deliver a highly integrated response.
