One of the most respected producers of Printed Display Products to the retail industry is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Group Account Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a retail background to join a company that excels in innovation. The company invests continuously in the latest equipment to create impactful retail spaces of the highest quality using cardboard construction.
The Group Account Director will manage all aspects of the client account, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to meet contractual obligations. Responsibilities include operational management, ensuring exceptional support to clients, account retention, development, and compliance.
You should be able to persuade and influence both externally and internally. Credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your team are key elements of this role.
