We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual, ideally with a specialist background in POS to join a renowned creative solutions company. With a proven success in the management of accounts within the printing industry, and through your excellent communication skills, you will effectively interpret an array of Large Format and Display projects, managing processes through to completion. You will have a solid knowledge of print and production which will enable you to work closely with the pre-press and production teams to ensure that Clients projects are serviced to the highest standards and further increasing the growth of this impressive business.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working in a team within Customer Services.
- Identifying opportunities for growth by upselling and cross selling, positioning the companyβs full services.
- Working closely with sales team.
- Ensuring all procedures and paperwork are processed speedily, accurately and efficiently for the team.
- Regularly liaising with clients to provide status updates.
Key attributes required:
- Strong customer service and account management experience with a background in large format digital print and POS.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of large format digital and additional print processes.
- Proactive approach to identify growth within existing accounts to generate additional revenue where possible.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and client development.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MIS experience and ideally estimating experience (training to be given to the right candidate if required).
- Must be computer literate β IT skills to include Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
