Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with experience in flexographic printing or packaging production? We’re looking for a skilled Plate Mounter to join a busy and dynamic team within a leading packaging manufacturer.

About the Role:

As a Plate Mounter, you’ll play a key part in the print preparation process, ensuring printing plates are accurately mounted and ready for production. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll support the print department by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mount printing plates accurately and efficiently according to job specifications
  • Inspect and verify plate quality and alignment using mounting equipment and digital systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the plate mounting area
  • Support print operators with plate changes and job setups
  • Manage plate storage and ensure proper handling to prevent damage
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality control procedures

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Plate Mounter in a flexographic printing or packaging environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of print registration and plate alignment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
