Due to continued growth and significant long-term customer demand, our client — a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer — is looking to appoint an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead a fast‑paced production environment. This is a senior operational leadership role suited to a strong manufacturing professional with excellent production knowledge, mechanical understanding, and the ability to drive performance, efficiency, and high standards across the operation. This is not a desk‑based management role. The successful candidate will be highly visible on the factory floor, lead from the front, solve problems quickly, and bring out the very best in both people and machinery.
