Our client is uniquely positioned to support the development of its customers with innovative packaging solutions. They offer a range of packaging solutions including folding cartons, trays, cups, flexible materials and much more.

A highly skilled hands‑on operations champion, you will focus on increasing the level of customer satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower and materials. Responsible for planning, directing and managing daily operational activity, your role as Operations Manager will work to achieve operating goals and objectives consistent with company objectives. You will evaluate current and proposed systems and procedures and recommend change when necessary and assist in implementing new processes. In the fast paced environment in which our client operates, they are dependent on employees to bring diverse knowledge and perspectives to the table every single day. They are looking for an Operations Manager who will be able to use knowledge and experience to provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to achieve such goals.

This is a role which requires a charismatic leader with demonstrable man management skills. You must have the ability to command respect from all divisions of the business. The role of Operations Manager will involve supporting and motivating staff to achieve maximum output and profit. You will focus on disciplinary procedures, employee relations, absence policies, reducing lateness, and ensuring staff are incentivised where appropriate.
