One of Yorkshire’s oldest serving printing companies is looking for someone who can develop solutions that push innovative boundaries to take control of their whole operation. It is important that we find the right person to help our client’s organisation run at maximum efficiency and productivity.

The right Operations Director will contribute to the successand growth from day one. We require someone especially skilled in developing performancegoals and long-term operational strategies, collaborating with board level inorder to meet company objectives. This leading role will oversee the documentationof all operational activity to ensure consistency and efficiency of workflows,yielding optimal productivity and performance. Our client is looking for astrategic thinker with a critical mind to scrutinise current operationalprocesses and recommend solutions for improvement. You must have experience instreamlining and implementing new structures that create speed and efficiency tosupport commercial demands.

Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of eitherthe printing or packaging industry regulations and legislative guidelines.

The right person for this Operations Director role will be a natural team leader who shows integrity and can establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
