Our client, who prides itself in connecting with defined audiences across multiple channels, is looking for a passionate and hungry individual who can secure from new leads new business opportunities.

You will be tasked with developing new sales across the whole agency, but particularly in 3D printed POS, Packaging and Permanent POS. An understanding and experience in sales of retail POS, permanent displays, packaging, creative design, AV and digital marketing would be a distinct advantage. Experience in marketing/print campaign activation on a European wide basis would also be desirable.

You’ll be well-versed in sales/business development across an integrated agency background and will understand how to turn an agencies offering and skill-set into an integrated sell.

You are able to work from both a blank piece of paper as well as developing existing relationship and contacts, and are just as happy cold calling as you are presenting to senior clients.

You’ll be the first port of call for prospective clients, will lead and manage all new business leads, supported by our creative, account management and procurement teams.

You will represent the agency externally, both in person and in social media, and will create brand awareness for through networking at industry events

Conducting desk research to understand potential new business client base to provide tailored information, market insights and ad hoc client sector expertise will also be expected for this role.

You must be commercially aware in order to forecast revenue, growth, margins and profit plans and delivering against them.
