This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who balances people leadership, key account management, and strategic sales planning within a technical B2B environment.
The successful candidate will lead, coach, and motivate a national sales team, set clear objectives and performance measures aligned with the company’s growth strategy, own sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, and remain closely involved with customers through joint visits, account development, and strategic relationship building.
