A leading print and communications company is looking for a Mailroom Supervisor to oversee workflow across their Glasgow sites. The responsibilities will include coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between upper Management. This supervisory role requires a competent individual capable of guiding and training employees and well versed in processes under the role’s responsibility. The goal is to ensure that all operations across sites are carried out productively to ensure profitability, growth and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals for performance levels ensuring SLAs are met in compliance with company’s plans and vision and communicating them to staff.
  • Organise workflow and ensure employees understand delegated duties and tasks.
  • Monitor employees and provide constructive feedback and coaching where required.
  • Provide MI reports for Management and Client.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports, carry out Appraisals and 1-2-1s.
  • Problem solving and decision making.
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
  • Communicate information from Upper management to employees and vice versa.
  • Employ and train New Employees.
  • Adhere to stated legal and company policies and procedures relating to Health.
