They set ambitious but realistic targets to meet in the next 2-3 years and are looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to allow the business to achieve this through the efficient management of materials and staff to ensure that all works can be completed on time.
As their Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The management of a small warehouse team responsible for goods in and out and storage.
- Dealing with material suppliers, ensuring material is received on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitoring stock levels and maintaining optimal volume and levels.
- Ensuring high levels of health and safety at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Supervisor/Materials Manager previously within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
