We’re working with a well-established and growing manufacturer of corrugated packaging and temporary retail display solutions to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager. This business works with leading brands and retailers to deliver impactful, creative in-store display solutions — from FSDUs and counter units to pallet displays and dump bins. With strong operational capability and design expertise behind them, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced new business professional.
The Opportunity
This role offers a genuine blend of new business development and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys winning new clients while also building long-term partnerships. Alongside developing new opportunities, you’ll inherit a portfolio of existing accounts and be responsible for growing these relationships through repeat business, up‑selling and cross‑selling additional corrugated POS and temporary display solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across retail, FMCG and branded environments
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and repeat business
- Managing the full sales lifecycle — from brief and concept through to delivery
- Working closely with internal design, production and operations teams to maximise account value
- Delivering against new business and account growth targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring:
- A proven track record in corrugated retail POS sales
- Strong understanding of temporary display units (FSDUs, CDUs, pallet displays, dump bins, etc.)
- Experience selling into FMCG brands, retailers or agencies
- Commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
- A proactive, self‑starting approach with a genuine drive to win new business
