Our Client seeks to appoint an experienced Machinery Sales Executive for the South East of England.
Overall Purpose of Role:
To sell the company’s Print Machinery and provide support to the UK Sales Department, UK Direct Sales & Partner Manager and Customers to maximise profitability.
Main job tasks & responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target
- Produce a Territory Plan at the start of each FY
- Ensure best use of time in the business hours are achieved to work smart and push sales opportunities
- Ensure demonstrations are booked in agreement with the Showroom Manager.
- Ensure any credit terms outside of normal business rules are agreed with the Manager.
- Ensure written proposals and quotations are clear and describe the current situation, the desired situation and your recommendation.
- Ensure clear and concise communication with other sales departments.
- Attendance at Direct Sales Team meetings.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Record, escalate and follow through customer complaints in line with the Company procedure.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments.
- CRM database reporting & updating ensuring accuracy of information, access orders within department time scales and ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly.
- Professionally manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Manage department administration & workload against department timescales.
