A stunningly successful print group is looking for a stand out individual to fulfil a key role within the business. This rarely available opportunity requires someone with the aptitude to take the company's production capabilities forward in the next decade and beyond.
The Production Manager / Production Director Designate will be responsible for the day-to-day production within the business; supervising, motivating and supporting the staff, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. You will plan, schedule, strategise and oversee all production activities while continually building sales and maintaining profitability. This role is essential in ensuring overall customer satisfaction and quality service. You will demonstrate effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems.
Leading the Production Team means you will be accountable for meeting the department and quality goals, as well as playing a key role in meeting the company's profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- University graduate
- Ideally knowledge of the printing industry, however candidates from a packaging background, or any other form of manufacturing will be considered
