A leading printing and packaging solutions company is looking to expand its team through the appointment of a Production Planner who will oversee demand and priorities across our production sites.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Production Manager and production staff to process customer orders in terms of specification, production methods, artwork requirements, scheduling and pricing.
  • Assist with the delivery process by obtaining delivery information and instructions from the customer and providing a daily delivery requirement list to despatch.
  • Communicate detailed instructions clearly and concisely to all relevant parties.
  • Proactively challenge information that does not appear to meet the customer’s requirements, ensuring all parties are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Act as the link between sales, production, design and logistics, facilitating smooth information flow.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized individual with the ability to quickly understand and relay detailed instructions.
