This role requires someone operating at the very top level in a large Paper/Board mill. You will have excellent leadership skills and many years of management experience of large teams with a solid track record of continuous improvement, plant optimisation, Health & Safety, Lean manufacturing. Due to the level of experience required, the client is happy to consider internationally based candidates, and will offer a relocation package.
