Our client comes up with creative ways to make brands stand out, flourish and talk to desired audiences. They make ideas come to life; printing, manufacturing signage, building bespoke retail graphics and installing captivating displays. Part of a larger group, this print provider truly makes its customers’, within the commercial, retail and corporate worlds, vision become a reality.

We have an opportunity to take control of this small but long established business and lead it forward. Due to the size of the organisation, this post will be very hands on and you will be required to provide strategic guidance in all areas. We are therefore looking for a leader with a multi-faceted background in the signage and graphics industry, someone who has spent time in sales, account management and production departments.

Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the company achieves its mission and objectives will require a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Having the most outstanding communication skills is a must, both inside the business and out. Externally, it will be your job to deal with incoming inquiries, attend site visits and deal with suppliers so this is a very interactive role. Internally, you will be the one who supervises, motivates and supports staff, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.
