An iconic business specialising in the provision of customised packaging solutions throughout the nation is growing its team on the back of recent expansion. The company is looking for a specialist Business Development Manager to embrace the corrugated box/packaging division of the business with the view of growing our client's market share within the North of the country.
The successful candidate will have experience in the corrugated packaging market and be able to demonstrate strong business development skills with the capacity to build strong, long‐lasting and prosperous client relationships. You will actively seek new business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the market and identifying their sales potential by analysing their growth trajectory and current packaging portfolio. Remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors will be key to identifying customer product improvements and suggesting new products to develop business and increase market share.
This role will require the time management and organisational skills to manage an ongoing pipeline of corrugated packaging sales whilst maintaining client relationships with larger projects. We are looking for a person who can deliver on promises and can be relied upon to get it right the first time. This goes hand in hand with being passionate about what you do and taking pride in your work. You will also take pride in being a core member of a growing and motivated team.
