We’re working with a well-established and growing print and communications provider looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on winning major private sector contracts. This is a senior, new business role suited to someone who is comfortable operating in longer sales cycles and developing complex, multi-year solutions. The successful candidate will be targeting opportunities typically in the £5m–£10m+ range, working closely with internal bid, operational and technical teams to shape and secure strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the private sector, targeting large enterprise organisations
  • Lead complex, solution-led sales processes from initial engagement through to contract award
  • Engage with procurement, marketing, operations and executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
  • Develop tailored print and print management solutions aligned to client needs
