About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and winning new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships and expanding market presence across key sectors. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored corrugated solutions that delight customers and drive sustainable growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Source and develop new business leads across your territory through proactive outreach, networking and market insight.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at decision-maker level.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through proposal, negotiation and contract close.
- Collaborate with design, estimating and production teams to develop commercially viable packaging solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities and shape strategy.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development or B2B sales, ideally within corrugated packaging or related manufacturing.

- Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach.

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings across your territory.
