You will be joining its dynamic team of fellow account managers, designers, workflow specialists, colour specialists and printing experts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service activities relating to the supply of client's goods and services to this major blue chip client; upholding and developing the client relationship whilst ensuring consistent quality of work produced.
- Prioritise various tasks in conjunction with interpersonal and client service skills.
- Deliver customer service based on measurable key performance indicators and quality control; demonstrate influencing skills and lead the client's decision‐making.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of reprographics and print or packaging.
