Job Title: Territory Manager (Lincs/Cambs)

Salary: Basic salary £38-45k + quarterly bonus

Location: Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire, East of the country

This role involves prospecting and selling new business to growers, importers, and packers in the East of the country, building a strong customer base and maintaining professional client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire area
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges
  • Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Answer customer questions about products and services
  • Cross‑sell products when appropriate
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Requirements
  • Robust knowledge of all packaging consumable products offered by the client
  • Ability to articulate and advise prospective clients on optimal product usage
  • Strong sales skills, embodying both hunter and farmer characteristics
  • 60% of the role is dedicated to account management, with the remainder focused on developing new business
