Job Role Includes:
- Liaising with Sales team on client specifications
- Calculating prices
- Liaising with suppliers – in person, via phone and/or email
- Managing suppliers and negotiating the best rates
- Processing purchase orders
- Liaising with the studio to sort proofs
- Managing workflow
- Liaising with Production on supply/delivery dates
Person Specification:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a buying role
- Estimating experience
- Excellent maths and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Computer literate
- IMPRINT / manufacturing software experience would be favourable
- Able to manage your workload/priorities
