We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work with a Print Management company that specialises in servicing the high end of the financial markets, publishing, marketing and charity sectors. The company prides itself on providing high‑quality, flexible, innovative print services using the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts and ensure contracts perform within the agreed SLA.
- Support and guide customers to ensure projects run smoothly from the development of the initial concept through to mapping timelines, managing budgets, and delivery of the end product.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen by making informed decisions regarding the selection of suppliers/sub‑contractors based on cost and quality of product/service.
- Oversee and manage the integration of system‑driven solutions and maintain them in collaboration with the IT team and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of print production processes and terminology.
