Company: We are working with an eco‑friendly Scottish‑based packaging specialist that supplies sustainable solutions to retailers, manufacturers, distributors and growers. The war on plastic has significantly grown our client’s share in the market due to the completely compostable and bio‑degradable characteristics of their products.
Role: Internal Sales Executive – join the internal sales and customer service team based in the outskirts of Glasgow. The role involves dealing with existing customer queries and orders, acting as the first point of contact for new sales enquiries, processing customer orders, managing ongoing accounts, building upon existing relationships and providing first‑class customer service. The role also manages sales enquiries, handles and completes some enquiries directly, and liaises with the Business Development Manager for larger‑scale opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Packaging industry experience required.
- Confident, personable communicator able to interact at all levels of an organisation.
- Highly organised, used to working at pace, with a solutions‑driven mindset.
