We have a fantastic opportunity to join a world renowned Paper Company with UK sales offices around the Greater London area.

This is a full time position with flexible working hours: 08.30 until 17.30.

Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

The role will report to the Inside Sales Manager.

The role is open to Paper Sales Candidates from either Paper Merchant or Paper Mill Sales.

Training is provided in company systems and further Product Knowledge – it is envisaged that up to 3 weeks / possibly more from appointment will require to be office based while training.

Overall role and responsibilities:

  • Executing the sales orders from entry to delivery, entering data in the SAP system
  • Responsible for customer master data for relevant customers
  • Updating monthly plan
  • Ensuring quality of order process and information flow from receipt of order to delivery at customer.
  • Main tasks:

  • Handle customer inquiries and make offers in cooperation with Front Line Sales and BU Sales Directors.
  • Work closely with Front Line Sales personnel to maximise customer sales potential.
  • Work closely with Business Units on product & service quality. – Support marketing activities.
  • Conduct order entry and follow up of production, shipments, deliveries and sales Maintain contact with BU’s regarding shipments
  • Maintain daily contact with hauliers and warehouses to ensure deliveries are on time
  • Maintain the good relations with designated customers – Create and maintain customer master data.
  • Keep pricing SLA and Rebate agreements up to date – Update with monthly forecast highlight and report on deviations
  • Daily follow up on sales systems
  • Conduct inventory management.
  • Support claims handling in cooperation with Business Units, Technical Sales Support and Logistics. – Update master data in CRM and create visit reports when necessary.
