We have an opportunity for an Inbound Solutions Architect with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization, including clients, partners, and suppliers. This role is with a market leader in multichannel communications.
Job Purpose
Support the overall vision of document & information services by collaborating with Senior Management, BDMs, CRMs, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand client and market requirements. Assist in creating, managing, and developing the overarching ‘Solutions’ strategy to meet these needs. This role focuses on ‘Comms In’ such as scanning, imaging, capture, records management, storage, retrieval, and document workflow. It also involves developing solution sets (tools, processes, and services) to meet market needs and achieve financial objectives related to revenue and contribution.
Principal Accountabilities
- Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert on solution sets needed to meet client and market requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of technical market requirements related to the strategic direction of the business.
- Assist in developing pre-sales tools and services to advance prospect and client opportunities.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to Senior Management, BDMs, and CRMs in pre-sales scenarios, including presentations and demonstrations.
- Assess customer communication and document production processes, technologies, and legacy workflows, including requirements gathering and definition.
- Own the solution design aspects of proposals.
- Map and document legacy business processes and articulate solutions through various documentation.
- Implement and configure products and services at customer sites as a lead analyst.
- Liaise with project management and development teams on customer projects.
- Prepare regular management and financial reports aligned with business objectives.
This role requires candidates with experience in document management solutions, business analysis, and business process re-engineering. Strong technical skills are essential to detail requirements for developers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex concepts clearly. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Project, is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent, or a professional Business Analysis qualification (e.g., ISEB).
- Knowledge of Document Composition tools (e.g., GMC PrintNet, Aspire, Doc1).
- Understanding of print production workflows and tariffs (DSA/Mailsort).
- Experience with enterprise ECM, EDRM, and EDM technology implementations.
- Knowledge of document capture technologies, image transformation software, and image manipulation.
- Experience delivering document solutions in Health, Financial Services, Insurance, or Local Government sectors.
- Experience in scoping and transitioning diverse data/document portfolios within a BPO environment.
- Understanding secure data handling practices.
