A highly innovative communications company is looking for someone to come on board their progressive team to act as a supporting administrator to the Account Managers, dealing with client projects from request through to dispatch.
The candidate will be required to enter data into bespoke internal systems, so computer literacy with good attention to detail is a key part of this role.
Other tasks include:
- Creation of sample packs
- Liaising with other internal departments
- Answering telephone & directing calls
- Attending to on-site visitors at reception
- General administrator tasks
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. Full training will be given in this position on a one-to-one basis.
