Job Title: Group Account Director – Retail
One of the most respected producers of Printed Display Products to the retail industry is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Group Account Director.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone with a retail background to join a company that wows and inspires with innovation. Continuous investment in the latest kit allows its specialist team to create impactful retail spaces of the highest quality using cardboard construction.
This Group Account Director role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the client account including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for the development and operational management, ensuring operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently, as well as being responsible for the account’s retention, development, and compliance.
You will not only be able to persuade and influence externally, but also internally, as one of the key elements pertaining to this role will be gaining credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your dedicated team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must come from a retail background and have experience with in-store marketing tools.
- Exposure to a print production environment in your career (implementation; large format promotional and semi-permanent production; studio/pre-press/colour management).
- Commercially astute individual with business acumen and an ability to make difficult decisions where necessary.
