This role is being offered on a 12 month contract basis.
1. Update & Maintain Graphics Master system
2. Assist in obtaining approval for content documents, code details specifications, translation and artwork approval
3. Update and Maintain Packaging Technical Files
4. Support in packaging and labelling projects
5. Issuing departmental meeting minutes
6. Non inventory purchasing
7. Maintaining log of PO / invoices
8. Assist with data collection for Valpak submissions
9. Comply with site Health and Safety procedures.
Professional/Technical Experience:
Preferably previous experience of administration
Strong PC skills
Ability to have attention to detail
Ability to develop skills in graphics arena
Ability to work as part of a team and manage own day to day activities
Qualifications:
Preferably GCSE or equivalent in English / Mathematics
