The ideal candidate will have experience working with creative teams to manage packaging projects from briefing to launch stages. Key Accountabilities Develop and lead packaging projects from brief to final product, ensuring timely delivery. Create fit-for-purpose packaging through testing and trials. Manage technical specifications and resolve issues. Assist sourcing and encourage innovative solutions from suppliers. Monitor project timelines and adjust priorities as needed. Conduct value analysis for cost savings. Build relationships with customers and suppliers. Brief suppliers, request samples and quotes, and re-source packaging if necessary. Maintain packaging databases and specifications. Support R&D with component testing and documentation. Prepare reports on packaging and waste. Verify artwork and barcodes. Coordinate with departments to manage projects effectively. Personal Profile Qualified in Packaging or a related scientific field with at least 1 year of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
