The candidate chosen to play the pivotal role of heading up the sales team and account management team of this world class company will be responsible for their new business, working with their clients to develop solutions that deliver value and competitive advantage.
We are looking for someone with a consistent track record in delivering sustainable, profitable growth within solutions based environment and who can consistently deliver sustainable cost reduction, process transformation and improved ROI via cutting edge solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a driven character, exuding grit and determination. Creating clearly defined KPI’s for all direct reports to ensure they are engaged and committed to our company’s strategy will be key to keeping in line with ambitious growth plans.
The Sales Director we seek will be highly charismatic and great at talking to people of all levels within a business. Delivering captivating pitches to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying and maximising new revenue opportunities will be key to this role.
Although establishing solid relationships with external contacts is key, communication within the company is equally vital. Being a key figurehead of the senior leadership team, you will lead by example, and be an expert in managing, training and developing the new business team responsible for selling the full portfolio of services; offering support to achieve the highest possible level of customer service and exceed customer expectations.
It will be not only key to communicate with your own team, but also with teams across the organisation. Working closely with the other Divisions within the business and their Senior Management will help create strategies to ensure cross selling opportunities are maximised.
