JOB SPECIFICATION
They are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printer who will be responsible for the setting up and running of both 8 & 10 colour printing presses.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES
- Running the press to its optimum efficiency, working to high standards and set procedures. Ensuring that customers’ requirements are met at all times.
- Responsible for the Print Assistant to ensure maximum uptime is maintained allowing continuous throughput.
- Ensuring all KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash are achieved and met on a shift by shift basis.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Flexo Printing role
- A strong work ethic with the drive and passion to succeed
- Organised, motivated and calm to work in strategic manner
- Excellent communication skills to be able to ask lots of questions and keep yourself busy
