About the Role:

As a Flexo Printer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce printed packaging materials that meet exacting customer standards. You’ll work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure all products are delivered on time, to specification, and with outstanding print quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications
  • Conduct colour matching, ink mixing, and press adjustments to achieve high-quality print results
  • Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
  • Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make adjustments where necessary
  • Work collaboratively with pre-press, mounting, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Adhere to all company health, safety, and quality procedures

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer within the packaging or labels industry
  • Strong understanding of colour management, registration, and print quality control
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
