Our London-based client prides itself in working closely with a large and diverse array of clients to provide a range of integrated services and tailored solutions.
They are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic professional to work closely with the existing Estimating Team and other individuals within the company to prepare accurate and timely cost estimates across the full range of services offered.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Preparing cost estimates from the job briefs contained in the initial and subsequent enquiry events
· Prioritising workload in accordance with estimate deadlines; exhibiting flexibility and coping under pressure
· Liaising with outwork suppliers to negotiate and obtain correct prices
· Using Master Estimate Templates to produce the more simple litho printing estimates
It is imperative that the candidate can provide evidence of a recent history of estimating within a busy print/digital/mailing environment; computer literate with good Microsoft skills; experience of an MIS system. They must also exhibit great attention to detail; work well in a team; and make quality decisions from the analysis of relevant information.
