An established printing company, which provides bespoke services to a large and diverse range of customers, is on the search for an experienced individual to lead their Estimating Team.

Applicants must have a good knowledge of a recognised MIS system.

We are looking for someone with experience managing a small team and confident in their ability to delegate to subordinates and communicate with superiors from other divisions of the organisation. A key part of this Print Estimating Manager role will be to develop strategies and solutions to ensure the department and the systems run smoothly and accurately.

The ideal candidate must be able to cope under pressure, taking an organised approach to all tasks to meet strict deadlines, whilst providing Excellent Customer Service to both an internal team and external clients. You will also be expected to liaise with outwork suppliers and negotiate and obtain correct prices in order to retain a competitive supply chain and ensure a cohesive buying policy for all materials.

This is a quality driven environment where planning, monitoring and commitment go hand in hand with team working.
