We have an outstanding vacancy with one of our key clients for a professional to manage an Estimating team within an organisation who provides bespoke services to a large and diverse range of customers. As Estimating Manager, you will be expected to: Manage a team: delegating to subordinates and communicating with superiors from other divisions of the organisation. Prepare cost estimates from the job briefs contained in the initial and subsequent enquiry events. Prioritise workload in accordance with estimate deadlines; exhibiting flexibility and coping under pressure. Liaise with outwork suppliers to negotiate and obtain correct prices. It is imperative for the candidate to provide evidence of: Previously managing a team of estimators. Estimating within a busy print/digital/mailing environment. Great attention to detail.
