We are looking for a top Production Manager for one of our longest standing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
  • Supporting the company’s vision and process ideals.
  • Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Promote manufacturing excellence and support manufacturing teams in achieving KPI Targets and maintenance routines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Print manufacturing knowledge including colour management.
  • Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
