Responsibilities
  • Customer Growth & Engagement: Strengthen and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to proactively manage and grow key accounts.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy: Research and analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential international regions of interest to drive strategic sales initiatives. For identified areas of opportunity, develop relationships and effectively convey value propositions to potential customers to secure partnerships, foster trust, and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Technical Sales & Support: Develop in-depth product knowledge and a thorough understanding of manual and automated workflows. Provide expert technical support, ensuring solutions are effectively tailored to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead monthly sales forecasting, monitor performance against expectations, and contribute to annual sales budgeting and projections.
