Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for managing the relationship with some of their key clients, acting as the primary contact and ensuring their requests are delivered to the highest standard.
- Liaise with all stakeholders daily; develop and write new briefs; ensure smooth management of all campaigns and that all client delivery deadlines are managed.
- Provide accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation; understand client budgets to support delivery of their campaigns; identify and maximise cost saving opportunities.
- Be flexible in approach to workload and task allocation, creative with strong problem‑solving skills, capable of resolving any issues, embrace change and offer innovative thinking.
Qualifications:
- Resident in the United Kingdom.
- Have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
- Strong numeracy skills are required for accurate budgeting and cost analysis.
