We have an opportunity for a Studio Manager to join a family run printing company. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the studio has adequate resources to carry out its work and, conversely, that the work it takes on is realistic and manageable within the available resources.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing people, equipment, workflow and quality assurance. We are looking for candidates from the printing industry who can take initiative, be a confident decision maker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects in hand.
You will show excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise work. This role will not just take care of what goes in behind the scenes. You will also be the face of our client, acting as front-of-house, so we are looking for a customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
