Client: Our client is an award winning state of the art label printer based in Kent, offering a wide range of innovative packaging solutions to large retail and blue chip companies globally.
Role Overview: This is a busy and exciting position within a fast paced department, therefore we require a highly motivated, energetic and organised individual.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for candidates who have operated a Flexographic Printing press, printing flexible film, cartons, and labels or other forms of packaging, printing on web widths up to 680mm wide.
- You will be able to demonstrate your previous experience in flexo printing, knowledge of the process and technical skills required.
- You will be a hard working, conscientious person, who wants to be part of a team, working in a successful company and will have pride in your work.
- Making ready various flexo printing machines.
- Running machines at high speed.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to multi task and work to own initiative.
- Flexible, professional and hard working approach.
- Be able to colour match against existing colour standards.
- Must be PC literate and have a basic understanding of computers.
