A leading South East-based packaging company is seeking an ambitious and highly energetic individual to take on a key commercial management role. The objective of this role will be to use proven leadership skills and strong work ethic to help grow our client’s business by meeting sales objectives. Customers’ needs will be achieved through translating strategic business objectives into well-defined commercial plans. The candidate will monitor and continuously drive the achievement of these commercial performance objectives in line with the agreed overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client services and sales development departments to deliver the highest quality of customer support and service through strategic direction and leadership.
- Manage, coach, and empower the team to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and train the team on new methods and best‑in‑class processes; identify new opportunities and set specific goals and direction.
- Regularly communicate with other managers within the company and senior executives externally.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational, planning, analytical and time‑management skills.
