Main Purpose of Job
- To develop new and existing accounts within the company’s display business.
- 80% new business development and 20% account management.
- Target, qualify and secure new business with an opportunity to grow from £100k to £1m+.
- Acquire new business specifically within the POS display market, in line with the Company business strategy.
- Explore new growing or merging areas within the POS display market and present the opportunity to develop these areas.
Main Duties
- Achieve the sales plan in line with the pre‑agreed budget.
- Service and support the potential growth accounts until ready to move in‑house or to another account manager.
- Organise site visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Produce monthly reports on customer visits.
- Liaise with Design and Production to ensure trials/orders meet customer specifications.
- Conduct on‑site meetings with existing and potential customers observing all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements.
- Liaise effectively with all internal departments via CRM.
- Support the Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team to satisfy customer requirements.
- Support relevant exhibitions to promote or investigate opportunities.
- Undergo training as required by the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the point‑of‑sale (POS) display industry, bringing a solid understanding of the sector’s unique demands – particularly of the creative and production processes for 3D printed solutions, including FSDUs, countertop displays and other instore cardboard displays.
- Proven track record of targeting, winning, and managing new business. Typical size account won to be + £250K.
- Strong numeracy, literacy and analytical skills are essential, along with a robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are important, particularly with a background in customer‑facing roles.
- We’re looking for a reliable team player who thrives under pressure and can manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
