Job Purpose
Provide general administrative support and expediting services to the Commercial office.
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite purchase orders and associated paperwork ensuring data accuracy in their completion and tracking progress through to final invoicing.
- Coordinate and administer responses to customer complaints, maintaining a record of events and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure responses are timely and communicated effectively to the complainants.
- Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of orders to customers.
- Administer the selection/dispatch of samples to customers, maintaining file copies for future reference and filing job bags.
- Order and issue stock when required.
- Follow up and chase approvals.
- Some liaison with production teams to expedite orders.
