Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders received into the Customer Service Department are dealt with promptly in line with agreed department targets and timescales.
- Work to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills.
- Take ownership of own daily tasks, making sure all orders and queries are cleared and resolved wherever possible at the end of each day.
- Build effective relationships with customers in order to enhance service and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve problems, offering alternative products or service levels when appropriate.
- Book in deliveries and provide both written and verbal quotations.
- Manage daily reports.
- Use automated information systems to analyse the customer’s requirements.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Sound experience knowledge of Print, especially Direct Mail and POS.
- Genuine interest in working with and helping internal and external customers.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other team members.
- Accurate work with an eye for detail.
